Happy Valentines Day!
Just because you’re single, or believe romance is only found in the movies, that’s no excuse for not celebrating and enjoying the 14th of February each year! For me, instead of being lonely and depressed, I make the most of it. I played some good old classics today… some cheesy love songs from the 90’s… it was great! All in the spirit of good fun! 
I refuse to believe romance is only found in the movies. I have experienced romance in real life, and seen it in many couples lives, and there is no reason to be skeptical or negative about it! Sure, Valentines day is not the only day to exercise some romantic creativity, but it certainly is a good day to do so! Red roses, heart shaped chocolates, and “I love you” valentines cards are easily and readily available. Of course today, being a beautiful day in Cape Town, I could think of nothing better than to enjoy a sundowner with my man… hmm… as usual, the one missing ingredient!
